I would like Haringey Women's Forum to treat all donations I have made since 6 April 2000, and all donations I make from the date of this declaration, until I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid donations.

This will enable us to claim tax on your donation. A gift of £10, covered by this declaration, is worth £12.82 to Haringey Women's Forum - donors simply have to pay income tax or capital gains tax at any rate, equal to the tax deducted from their donations.
